Personal Injury Litigation Attorney Role
2+ years of experience in plaintiff’s personal injury litigation
Support attorneys and staff within the Commercial Litigation department
Draft Pleadings, Motions, Discovery, and a wide range of legal documents
Research and analyze relevant issues, laws, and regulations to assist in case strategy
Correspond with clients, opposing counsel and Courts
Legal researchÂ
Analyze and summarize legal documents
Prepare complex cases in federal and state courts
Advise clients based on analysis of facts and applicable laws
Negotiate settlement terms with opposing party or counsel
Above average proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
Strong analytical skills and ability to write well
Strong time management and organizational skills
Candidate must be able to work independently as well as on a team
Personal Injury Litigation Attorney Background Profile
J.D. degree from an accredited Oklahoma law school
2+ years of Litigation experience
Admitted to practice law in Georgia and in good standing
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong legal research and writing abilities
Excellent critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently or on a team
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with little oversight
Must be punctual and dependable
Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
