Our client, a reputable staffing agency, is in search of a meticulous and proactive In-home Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a busy executive in Murfreesboro, TN. This is a full-time, direct hire position that involves managing personal, household, and administrative duties in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Personal Assistant Job Profile:

Personal Assistant Role:
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the home, office, and filming areas.
- Handle laundry, wardrobe management, and household upkeep.
- Plan, prepare, and coordinate meals and snacks according to dietary preferences.
- Manage grocery lists, restocking, and errands.
- Coordinate daily schedules, calendars, and briefings.
- Assist with event preparation, content shoots, and travel logistics.
- Support with mail, shipments, and product management as required.
- Provide flexible availability, including occasional evenings, weekends, and travel.
The In-home Personal Assistant must possess strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to effectively balance personal and professional priorities.
Personal Assistant Background Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a fingerprint and comprehensive background check.
- Strong skills in communication, organization, discretion, and adaptability.
