Our client is in immediate need of a Perception Specialist / Event Coordinator in Midland-Odessa, TX on a direct hire basis.

Handle HOA’ s for many neighborhoods and communities

Perception Specialist / Event Coordinator Role:
In this role, you will be handling a portfolio of communities and planning monthly activities for the assigned communities
Coordinate monthly events and manage the calendar for assigned communities
Work closely with vendors on planned events and handle contracts with vendors to ensure events are successfully completed.
Coordinate events that are tailored to each specific community
Work closely with Executive leadership of the company and keep them informed of upcoming events
Build strong relationships with the communities and vendors used for events to ensure outstanding customer service and overall success

Perception Specialist / Event Coordinator Profile:
High School diploma or the equivalent
MS Office Suite
Ability to create professional reports
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and a self-starter with creative problem solving skills
Able to work independently with little supervision
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to manage priorities, multi-task and have a strong attention to detail
Work within a deadline driven environment at times
