Pediatric Physician Role:
Provide excellent patient care to children of all ages, from newborns to adolescents
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver comprehensive care
Build strong relationships with patients and their families through effective communication and empathetic care
Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance practice efficiency and patient satisfaction
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on pediatric medicine, technology, and innovations
Pediatric Physician Background Profile:
Medical Degree (MD or DO) and board certification in Pediatrics
2-3 years of experience in pediatric medicine, ideally in a clinic setting (hospital experience also considered)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Leadership qualities and a team-player mindset
Proficiency in technology and openness to innovation
Ability to see 20-25 patients per day, with efficiency and accuracy
Bilingual candidates are highly preferred
