Design performance excellence frameworks and streamline operational workflows. Lead competitive intelligence gathering to inform strategic compensation decisions.
Guide emerging professionals through immersive work-study programs, creating transformative learning experiences. Support brand activation through strategic event collaboration.
Drive organizational growth through innovative recruitment approaches and cultural alignment initiatives that attract exceptional professionals.
Build relationships with top-tier law schools through strategic on-campus recruitment programs. Create efficient talent pipeline systems and opportunity management processes.

Payroll and Benefits Specialist Profile:
Bachelors degree preferred
A minimum of 3 years of payroll processing and benefit administration experience
Experience in ADP is highly preferred
Talent recruiting experience idealÂÂ
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize changing workloads.
