Are you passionate about conserving energy and finding ways to help others do the same? Our client in Niceville, FL has an immediate need for a Part-Time Project Coordinator on a direct hire basis.

Part-Time Project Coordinator Role:
Develop and execute energy conservation strategies within our client's organization, ensuring accountability for energy consumption.
Utilize cutting-edge technology and software to analyze utility bill data and energy consumption, facilitating informed decisions.
Engage with various personnel within the organization to secure their support and effectively implement energy conservation measures.
Maintain precise records to ensure accurate measurement of savings and program success.
Meet regularly with your manager to provide updates on the client's energy program's progress.
Work closely with local public relations to promote the success of our client's energy program.
Conduct on-site audits to assess and improve energy efficiency.
Report any observed safety hazards and coordinate necessary repairs with maintenance.
Deliver timely progress reports and performance metrics aligned with the implementation plan.

Part-Time Project Coordinator Background Profile:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
A minimum of 3 years of solid work experience. We value commitment and consistency.
Possess strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Demonstrate a strong desire and ability to build trust and effective relationships at all organizational levels.
Showcase your ability to positively influence others and deliver engaging presentations in both large and small group settings.
Effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
Capable of setting and managing your own schedule.
Proficient in the MS Office Suite with a strong emphasis on Excel. Comfortable with various computer and handheld tablet technologies.
Willingness to work irregular hours when necessary.
Possess a valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client locations.
