We have an immediate opening for a Paralegal / Executive Assistant on a direct hire basis for our client in Dallas, TX.

Paralegal / Executive Assistant Role:
The ideal candidate will have worked with ultra-high net-worth, supported the top executives (C-Suite), is an out of the box thinker, and is driven to provide the best possible service/product/solution at all times.
You will provide administrative and paralegal support to the President of the company.
Maintaining and managing the corporate compliance calendar with due dates, renewal,
and expiration deadlines for multiple entities in various states and countries
Procuring various certificates, licenses, and information as needed for business activities
Clear understanding of corporate structures, requirements, and entity documents
Create spreadsheets using Excel and flowcharts using Visio
Responsible for preparation of basic corporate documents, including minutes and resolutions, as
needed to support various Boards of Directors
Logically organizing, maintaining, and managing files, both electronic and physical, and uploading
to appropriate drives in a timely and organized fashion
Supporting the day-to-day activities of the President, including correspondence, travel
arrangements, and special projects
Working closely with General Counsel to ensure compliance requirements are met
Coordinating with insurance companies to ensure all personal and corporate property is properly
insured
Generation and review of spreadsheets and documents
Coordinating the entire meeting process for various Boards of Directors, including scheduling,
agendas, catering, travel arrangements, and follow-up with attendees
Communicating with influential individuals, via phone and e-mail, by using excellent grammar and
etiquette
Assisting with general paralegal/administrative assistance to the General Counsel and the
Controller of the office of the President
Reporting on status of outstanding projects until completion and maintaining updated task lists for
future reference
Working within deadlines and completing tasks before being told to do so
Track, coordinate, and handle personal and corporate gifts and ticket sales

Paralegal / Executive Assistant Background Profile:
Bachelor’ s degree in a related field or paralegal certificate required
3+ consecutive years’ experience at a medium to large scale law firm, Big 4, financial or real estate institution, and/or bank
5+ years’ total experience in a professional/corporate office setting
Texas notary or the ability to become a Texas notary
Paralegal certificate is a plus
Worked with ultra-high net-worth
Outstanding PC Skills including MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, and Visio and Adobe Acrobat 
Comfortable and familiar with Apple tablets and phones
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized
Meticulous and extreme attention to detail
Outstanding listening skills and ability to understand and apply complex concepts
Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills
Ability to multi-task and work on many projects at one time successfully
Desire to work in a deadline driven environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality
