Order Services Coordinator / Sales Coordinator Role:
The Order Services Coordinator / Sales Coordinator will be responsible for taking orders and order entry.
Responsibilities will include follow through on varying projects and services, working on several large projects at a time.
Once the sales team submits and sells a job, this person will step in and work on the project at this point.
Handle purchase orders – will convert all information into an order and order the product
Put in line items
Send to manufacturers
Work closely with both manufacturers and sales team to ensure correct orders and timely deliveries
Pricing and discounting
Specifying product
Assist with invoicing
Research information
Communicate with sales team on delivery dates, delays, issues, etc.
Will be working on multiple projects all with different and varying dates
Filing, copying and miscellaneous administrative responsibilities that go along with working on several large projects at one time.

Order Services Coordinator / Sales Coordinator Background Profile:
The Order Services Coordinator / Sales Coordinator will have a High School diploma or equivalent
The   Order Services Coordinator / Sales Coordinator role is on the purchasing side so the ideal candidate will have some purchasing experience.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, with a high attention to detail and high sense of urgency, and well as a confidence level to interact successfully with the sales team.
High attention to detail is critical 
Experience working with manufacturers, vendors, freight charges 
Each day will be different and therefore the ideal candidate needs to be flexible and recognize that each day will offer new and unique challenges.
The desire and ability to offer and provide superior customer service and communication at all times.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
MS Office Suite
Product knowledge of office furniture is preferred, but not required.
