Order Processing Coordinator
Job Description
Our client located in south Atlanta, Georgia is in need of an Order Processing Coordinator for a contract to possible hire opportunity.

Order Processing Coordinator Role:
Process and enter customer orders received via email, online forms, and the internal order platform.
Verify order details and route orders accurately for production.
Participate in daily production meetings to review open orders and identify issues early.
Track multi-step manufacturing orders (artwork, proofs, approvals, scheduling).
Maintain organized, accurate documentation to prevent delays or missed steps.
Communicate with Sales, Production, and the Art Department to keep orders moving.
Handle light customer communication (mostly email; minimal phone volume).
Support distribution orders with simple buy-and-ship workflows.
Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and organizing order materials.
Cross-train with another team member for seamless coverage.
Contribute to a positive, team-first, drama-free work culture.
Onsite only; business-casual environment.
Order Processing Coordinator Background Profile:
1+ year in customer service, order entry, production coordination, or similar work.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed, time-sensitive workflows.
Comfortable with computers and able to learn proprietary systems.
Basic proficiency in Word and Excel.
Clear written communication skills and high attention to detail.
Dependable, cooperative, team-oriented attitude.
