Practice Manager Role:
We are seeking a strategic leader to drive operational excellence for a growing specialty healthcare organization. This senior-level role combines oversight of clinic operations, administrative leadership, and support multi-location growth.
Lead and optimize all operational functions, including clinic flow, patient experience, revenue cycle management, and compliance with healthcare regulations
Drive brand recognition, patient growth, and organizational impact across multiple locations
Collaborate with executive leadership to align operations with overall organizational objectives and growth strategy
Build, mentor, and manage high-performing administrative and clinical support teams
Analyze performance data and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making
Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to maximize efficiency and ROI
Serve as a key contributor in location expansions and business development initiatives
This role offers significant strategic influence and the opportunity to shape both the operational and marketing direction of the organization.
Practice Manager Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Senior leadership experience in healthcare operations, ideally in a specialty or multi-location clinic
Proven success in developing and leading marketing strategies that drive growth and brand presence
Experience overseeing revenue cycle management, clinical operations, and administrative teams
Track record of managing budgets, cross-functional teams, and high-impact projects
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable operational and marketing plans
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and practice management software
Ability to manage multiple locations, priorities, and high-level projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
