Company Profile:
Construction Company known for its strong field operations and collaborative project teams.
Project Manager Role:
The Project Manager will oversee roadway and bridge construction projects from planning through completion, working closely with field teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities Include:
Reading plans and coordinating vendors, subcontractors, and crewsÂ
Managing project costs, cost coding, invoices, and job costingÂ
Tracking labor efficiency and project performanceÂ
Managing change orders and project documentationÂ
Attending jobsite and team meetingsÂ
Ordering materials and suppliesÂ
Overseeing construction methods and ensuring work aligns with project specificationsÂ
Working closely with the Project Engineer and Site Superintendent to manage daily operationsÂ
Project Manager  Background Profile:
3–5+ years of highway and/or bridge construction project management experienceÂ
DOT project experience strongly preferredÂ
Design-build project exposure is a plusÂ
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred, but equivalent experience will be consideredÂ
Strong understanding of construction management principles and field operationsÂ
Ability to work in both office and field environmentsÂ
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skillsÂ
