Are you looking to join a great company?   Our successful and growing client in Fort Worth, TX is looking for an Office Manager on a contract to possible hire basis.

Company Profile:
Successful and family owned Tile company specializing in commercial projects in the education/school industry K-12, working with top of the line contractors

Office Manager Role:
The Office Manager will be responsible for answering the phones in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
Serve as the point person for office manager duties including:
•     Maintenance
•     Mailing
•     Supplies
•     Equipment
•     Bills
•     Errands
•     Shopping
Greet clients and visitors and make them feel welcome
Take messages and route to the appropriate party
Receive and sort mail and deliveries, and handle scheduling and preparing overnight and courier deliveries
Handle outgoing mail and make sure all mail is properly stamped and mailed out
Maintain an organized and clean front desk area
Manage office supplies by coordinating, scheduling and placing orders for supplies and service
Maintain the Outlook calendar
Type up bids and getting them out via email and fax
Assist accounting with quarterly payroll reports
Assist with monthly billings – email and fax them out
Provide notary support
Work with the insurance companies to get Certificates of Insurance for the projects/jobs
Address employee’ s queries regarding office management issues (e.g. phone, IT issues, etc.)
Work with vendors as necessary
General administrative and clerical work support as needed

Office Manager Background Profile:
The Office Manager will have a High School diploma or the equivalent
2+ years of experience in a professional office environment
1+ year of Accounting experience required
Experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required
Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook 
Some QuickBooks experience – to assist with purchase orders
Understanding of numbers and basic math skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional and articulate
The ideal candidate will be a bright, quick learner who is personable, has a professional appearance, dependable and reliable
Strong attention to detail skills and organizational skills
