Our client in Dallas, Texas has an immediate need for an Office Manager on a contract to hire basis.

Office Manager Role:
The Office Manager holds a position within the office environment that involves planning, executing, and supervising projects to guarantee their completion on schedule, within budget, and meeting the necessary quality standards. This role also includes managing office tasks, assisting new employees, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Perform a variety of complex and confidential administrative and clerical support tasks.
Professionally and positively greet all visitors to the office.
Respond to or direct communications promptly (via email, phone, etc.).
Provide support to the compliance manager as needed.
Assist with database projects to keep all contact, candidate, and company profiles up to date.
Coordinate group meetings and provide support for necessary details such as scheduling, booking conference rooms, arranging catering, transportation, and materials.
Help with candidate care initiatives, including sending birthday and anniversary cards and organizing recognition weeks.
Utilize advanced computer skills to create, modify, and update presentations, draft memos, plan conferences/meetings/company events, reserve conference rooms, and arrange travel.
Plan and coordinate company conferences across the country, including selecting venues, arranging accommodations, setting up booths, managing on-site logistics, and ensuring all materials are prepared and delivered punctually.
Order and manage weekly food deliveries for the office.
Oversee the setup of workspaces for new employees, including arranging desks, computers, and necessary office supplies to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of office kitchens, ensuring supplies are stocked and spaces are tidy and inviting.
Book work travel for employees traveling to the office from across the U.S. for meetings or events, ensuring accommodations, flights, and transportation are efficiently organized


Office Manager Background Profile:
A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience 
High school diploma or bachelors degree 
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, Adobe, and conference equipment 
Strong verbal and non-verbal communication abilities 
Outstanding time-management and organizational skills 
Experience in planning and executing conferences, which includes venue selection, logistics management, and on-site coordination 
Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple projects at once 
Creativity in developing and implementing new concepts for conference materials and office enhancements 
Skill in vendor management for food deliveries, office supplies, and conference materials 
Experience in arranging and managing travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
