Our busy and growing client located in Austin, TX is looking to bring in an Office Manager contract to possible hire basis and may consider direct hire for the right skill set.

Office Manager Role:
The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency as well as maintaining intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision and company culture. 
Create an office environment that is a great place to work
Oversee office/ building improvement projects from beginning to end
Facilitate building operations (key card & parking access, HVAC requests, etc.)
Ensure office is clean, organized, and designed for effective operations
Work with vendors to procure, install, and maintain office equipment
Maintain company P-Card, including coding of expenses monthly
Track office supplies and replenish as needed
Handle admin tasks such as incoming mail and outgoing package shipments
Assist various teams   with onsite logistics when hosting meetups or other events
Plan and execute company culture and community engagement events
Research and gather employee feedback to improve office teamwork and culture
Ensure processes, policies, and systems are in harmony with the company’ s purpose and values
Maintain nutritious snacks and restock beverages for employees
Organize Friday lunches, breakfast tacos and other daily morale boosters
Ensure all new hires are successfully onboarded and properly set up for long-term success at the company
Coordinate between different team leaders to ensure all tasks related to the onboarding process are completed effectively
Off-boarding: Coordinate the termination of departing employees by ensuring all steps are taken by management and documented

Office Manager Background Profile:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2 or more years of experience as an office manager with strong vendor relationship management experience
Experience with SaaS productivity tools such as Google G Suite, or Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to analyze and report data professionally
Experience with Excel
Strong attention to detail, proven project management experience, and ability to effectively delegate.
Experience with high growth companies and a rapidly changing environment.
