Our client, located in Dallas, TX is in need of an Office Manager / Bookkeeper for a Direct Hire opportunity.

Office Manager/Bookkeeper 
The Office Manager/Bookkeeper will provide administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a variety of tasks including, but not limited to maintaining financial records, data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank / credit card reconciliations. 
This position works directly with the owners while managing the office staff.
Bank / Credit Card Reconciliations as well as expense reports

Office Manager/Bookkeeper 
3-5 Years of experience as an Office Manager/Bookkeeper
Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
10-key, data entry and computer skills required
Detail oriented and possess research and analytical talents with the ability to multi-task
Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position
Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients and others
