Office Coordinator Role:
The primary responsibility for the Office Coordinator will be to answer the main phone-line as well as route calls to the respective department
Ensure that the office space, including conference rooms and customer facing areas, maintain a neat and inviting appearance
Act as the face of the company by greeting all incoming visitors and making them feel welcome
Coordinate internal calendar for staff meetings as well as set up conference rooms
Handle mail and packages to be sent out and deliver relevant inbound mail items to the accounting department
Responsible for tracking of aircraft parts as they are sent out and ensure they reach destination
Correspond with clients regarding payments
Submit necessary maintenance tickets when needs arise
Responsible for ordering office supplies to replenish when stock is low 
Participate in administrative tasks such as data entry as needed
Assist with planning of company celebrations/gatherings
Other administrative tasks as assigned

Office Coordinator Background Profile:
HS Diploma or higher
1-2 years’ professional office experience
Experience operating a multi phone-line strongly preferred
