Nonprofit Operations Director
Our client, located in San Antonio, TX, is in need of a Nonprofit Operations Director. This is a Direct Hire opportunity.

Your Role:
Report to the Executive Director of the organization
Direct, support and motivate the staff
Facilitate collaboration and strengthen internal communication amongst the staff
Will directly supervise the Development Director/Manager,
Assist in the development of internal roles and responsibilities on an ongoing basis
Manage technical and information systems infrastructure development and management
Direct Services program responsibilities including program development, licensure needs and the development of metrics
Marketing an PR
Community outreach and advocacy
Government relationships development and compliance
Volunteer recruitment, development and supervision of the Volunteer Manager
Business operations and funding
Diverse funding development and supporter mobilization
Help to cultivate the values of the organization
Fundraising
Budgeting
Administrative oversight of grant writing and proposal preparation and the legal oversight of contracts, insurance, state and country tax filings

Background Profile:
Bachelor’ s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree is preferred
Strong accounting/finance background
5+ years of supervisory experience
Must have managed P&L
MUST have been in a similar role for a nonprofit organization
