National Account ExecutiveÂ
Our busy and growing client located in Carrollton, TX has a need for a National Account Executive on a direct hire basis to lead and grow one of their largest retail accounts.Â

National Account Executive Role:
The National Account Executive will lead our Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Retail sales and Warehouse business by driving distribution and availability across our perishable and grocery business, and by developing and executing a net sales and margin strategy at retail level.Â
Responsible for growing our products across a specific retail business unit. Â Â
Account planning in partnership with our DCs and Plants will be critical to successful execution and continued growth of our brand.
Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with buyers and regional merchants and internal key stakeholders such as warehouse operations, various Routes to Market, broker and leadership team.
Develop short and long term joint business plans by engaging multi-functional internal support teams including; Revenue Growth Management, Finance, Category Management, Sales and Supply Execution management, to plan, align, sell and execute the plan in accordance with account needs and company plans.
Manage promotional processes from the planning stage, to development, to execution, ensuring all retailer timelines are met, deliverables are executed, and communication is timely to internal parties and the retailer.
Manage promotional plans within assigned trade budget to optimize net sales and margin.
Work with internal team to customize consumer marketing programs utilizing marketing platforms to support retail media and increase our eComm sales to facilitate brand building and profitable volume growth.
Sell/communicate key initiatives to decision makers, ensuring alignment and execution of internal strategies.
Utilize internal, syndicated, and point of sale (POS) data to identify opportunities and adjust plans to meet and exceed annual goals and objectives.
Set goals with sales team, warehouse ops, to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities and how they contribute to the team’s DSD success.
National Account Executive Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institutionÂ
5 years of Consumer Product Goods sales, or sales support experience
Bilingual- Spanish preferred but not required
Minimum 2 years’ experience using IRI, Nielsen or other syndicated data
Proficient using MS Office products like PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
