Mechanical Engineer
Our client in Longview, TX is adding a Mechanical Engineer to the team.  This is a direct hire opportunity and offers growth within the company.

Mechanical Engineer Role:
The Mechanical Engineer will help Machine Operators use their newly designed machines and write technical manuals for their reference.
The hands-on Engineer will work with the entire product line and be involved in concept, design, and production.
Mechanical Engineer will analyze and evaluate any issues with current products to develop effective solutions.
Conduct experiments on them to see how successful they are and to determine if any additional updates are needed.
Mechanical Engineer will use CAD technology to build designs and plans for upcoming products.  
Create project schedules for soon-to-be-released products and estimate their delivery dates and deadlines. 
Responsible for troubleshooting, fixing, and improvements
Complex scheduling
Mechanical Engineer Background Profile:
Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
5 years as a Mechanical Engineer in a similar role
Knowledge of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and other mechanical engineering concepts
Excellent math skills, including advanced geometry, calculus and physics
Familiarity with CAD and other mechanical design software
Creative thinking and innovation
Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Great interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities
Effective verbal and written communication
Commercial awareness, including an understanding of target user and market
Ability to work under pressure
Methodical mindset
Knowledge of machine-related processes
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
Computer knowledge-Lawson, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Etc.

Job Requirements
