Marketing Manager in Oil and Gas Role:
Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and overseeing transportation, processing, and purchasing contracts for gas, NGLs, and crude oil.
Conducting thorough research and analysis to provide analytical support to the finance team, including the maintenance and construction of economic models.
Monitoring key trends and market conditions to identify new commercial opportunities.
Collaborating with internal departments to reconcile sales and purchase invoices.
Assisting in the development of hedging strategies for the Finance Team.
Translating strategic goals into actionable projects and leading market and commercialization initiatives.
Managing crude and gas pipeline nominations and associated invoicing.
Generating routine and ad-hoc reports and offering recommendations based on financial, operational, and forecasted data.
Analyzing and disseminating market information to senior management, financial, legal, and operational departments.
Adhering to the Company's Safety and Environmental policies, practices, and programs, taking corrective action within training limitations and escalating when necessary.
Participating in training programs aimed at enhancing HSE knowledge, safety standards, and job performance.
Marketing Manager in Oil and Gas Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree is required.
5+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
Experience with contract negotiations and marketing NGLs.
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in interacting and communicating effectively with individuals across all organizational levels.
Strong presentation skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, ability to self-manage and work with a lot of autonomy.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines independently.
