Manager of Revenue Assurance Role
Manager of Revenue Assurance will assist with revenue recognition, customer billings, collections, and staff
Ensure that customer contract details are input into the accounting system
Close attention to non-recurring and recurring payment schedules
Collaborate with various departments regarding non-recurring and recurring timelines related to customer invoicing and revenue recognition
Will supervise the Accounts Receivable and Revenue Assurance team
Determine potential revenue based on customer contracts
Oversee the cash application process
Set up contract billing and revenue schedules in the ERP system
Attend regular reviews with Program Management on project milestones to facilitate billings to customers
Assist with complex account reconciliations
Review aging reports and supervise collections
Ensure the timing of revenue and billing triggers
Develop and update internal processes while ensuring compliance
Manager of Revenue Assurance Background Profile:
Degree in Accounting
Must have a CPA or be a CPA candidate
5 years of complex revenue experience
Must have experience managing a team
Expertise in lease and service revenue accounting
Ideal candidate will have experience with ASC-842 and ASC-606
Advanced Excel skills: macros, pivot tables, vlookups
Telecommunications industry experience is a highly preferred
