Job Description
My client located in Waco, Texas is in need of a Loan Processor. This is an onsite direct hire opportunity with the ability to work one day from home per week.

This position supports a busy practice area requiring strong attention to detail, organization, and client communication skills.
Loan Processor Role
Process loan files from initial intake through closing.
Review loan packages and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, real estate professionals, and internal staff regarding loan status and outstanding requirements.
Collect, organize, and maintain loan documentation in accordance with firm and lender requirements.
Monitor loan pipelines and ensure deadlines are met throughout the transaction process.
Prepare and review closing documentation and supporting loan packages.
Verify information contained within loan files and resolve discrepancies as needed.
Maintain accurate records and electronic file documentation.
Provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple active files.
Assist attorneys and legal staff with loan-related transactions and administrative support as needed.
Ensure compliance with applicable lending and documentation requirements.
Loan Processor Background Profile
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years of loan processing experience, mortgage processing experience, real estate transaction experience, or related financial services experience.
Experience reviewing loan documentation and coordinating transaction files.
Strong understanding of loan processing workflows and closing procedures.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Experience working in a law firm, title company, mortgage company, real estate office, or financial institution preferred.
