Litigation Paralegal
Our client, a mid-sized Dallas Law Firm, is seeking a proficient Litigation Paralegal with comprehensive knowledge of the litigation process from intake to trial. This is a direct hire opportunity.

- Handling high-profile and engaging cases for both Defendants and Plaintiffs
- Located in Downtown Dallas
Litigation Paralegal Role
- Supporting 2 partners and 1 associate in commercial litigation matters
- Scanning data into document management database
- Managing calendars
- Preparing Attorneys for depositions
- Handling State & Federal E-filing
- Communicating with courts and clients
- Conducting case law research
- Drafting legal documents
- Collaborating with E-discovery personnel to create case databases
- Assisting in Trial Preparation from intake to courthouse
- Organizing case management documents
- Creating drafts for attorney review, including correspondence
- Scheduling depositions, appointments, and meetings
- Managing faxing, mailing, copying, and scanning of documents
Litigation Paralegal Background
- Preferred 6+ years of experience in a litigation law firm
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Westlaw, PACER/ECF, E-File Texas, and Adobe
- Experience with Trial Director and e-discovery platforms (preferred, not required)
- Familiarity with Texas law and TRCP
- Strong internet research skills
- Excellent communication skills with team members and assigned attorneys
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Capable of effectively communicating with attorneys and staff
- High attention to detail
- Adept at decision-making
- Proven record of excellent tenure

Job Requirements
