Listing Agent – Leasing Agent Role:
In this role you will serve as the primary point of contract for new prospects and are responsible for homes getting leased.
You will assist with selecting qualified renter applicants and enforce lease terms
Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of the prospect customers
Walk assigned properties/territories to ensure each home is in excellent condition
Conduct property showing with prospects to secure new leases
Meet with prospective tenants at residential properties to show them different housing options and sign leasing agreements
Homes will be assigned to this person and they will be the listing agent on the MLS site
Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
Listing Agent – Leasing Agent Background Profile:
High school diploma or the equivalent
Active Real Estate license required
2-5 years of experience in property sales or apartment/lease locating
Experience as a leasing agent or listing agent – experience with leasing and getting leases signed
Experience in Multi-family (apartment), or Single-Family property management industry
Intermediate experience with MS Office Suite or Google Suite
In depth familiarity with local MLS service is required
Propertyware Software experience is a plus
Excellent customer service skills
Energetic and self-motivated individual
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent negotiation skills
