Job Description
Our client located in Dallas, Texas is hiring a Legal Marketing Manager. This is an onsite direct hire opportunity.

Legal Marketing Manager Role:
Lead marketing and communications efforts, primarily focused on legal practices.
Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies to drive recognition, demand, and client growth.
Manage marketing collateral, creative assets, and brand guidelines across all channels.
Direct thought leadership and content initiatives, including speeches, articles, and publishing opportunities.
Oversee website content, blogs, e-newsletters, and analytics reporting.
Manage social media programs, particularly LinkedIn and Facebook, including performance analysis.
Design digital and print materials: collateral, legal alerts, presentations, event invites, advertisements, and templates.
Coordinate and execute events aligned with client engagement strategy.
Supervise one direct report, managing projects, growth, and development.
Support client development initiatives as assigned.
Collaborate with MarTech Operations and IT to ensure effective execution of marketing technology systems.
Travel within the state several times per year as needed.
Legal Marketing Manager Background Profile:
8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, journalism, or public relations.
Legal industry experience or comparable services business preferred.
Proven experience leading marketing and brand strategy to build client growth and retention.
Demonstrated results in developing brand recognition for practices and attorneys.
Expertise in marketing campaigns, SEO, paid search tactics, and analytics.
Proficient with MarTech platforms (CRM, email marketing, etc.).
Strong writing skills; AP Style knowledge required.
Skilled in Canva, Figma, Adobe InDesign; basic Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator a plus.
Expert in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with events management programs; PR or ad agency experience a plus.
Knowledge of AI search tools a plus.
Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and execution abilities.
Professional presence, self-motivated, independent thinker, and reliable under pressure.
Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail.
