Our client, a Family Law Firm located just north of Dallas in Collin County, Texas, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their growing team on a direct hire basis.

Associate Attorney Role
- Manage a caseload of around 50 active family law cases
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondences
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations
- Collaborate with the legal team to provide top-notch client service
- Maintain a billable hours target of approximately 120-130 hours per month
Associate Attorney Background Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in family law
- Passionate about family law as a long-term career focus
- Excellent courtroom presence and ability to handle a high caseload independently
- High ethical standards, transparent communication, and team player mindset
- Preference for in-office work and immediate availability is a plus
