Our client, based in Houston, TX, is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Paralegal for a direct hire position.

Role of Personal Injury Paralegal:
- Provide essential support to up to three attorneys, managing 7–10 active cases initially and potentially more as the role evolves
- Offer comprehensive paralegal assistance on personal injury matters
- Prepare, organize, and file legal documentation
- Engage with clients, insurance firms, and medical providers
- Maintain accurate case records utilizing the Neos case management software
- Coordinate appointments, schedules, and case timelines
- Aid attorneys in trial preparations and settlement discussions
Requirements for Personal Injury Paralegal Position:
- Minimum of 2 years of Personal Injury Paralegal experience, ideally in a legal practice
- Associate’s degree or a Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Professional attitude with exceptional communication capabilities
- Aptitude for independent work within a harmonious office atmosphere
- In-depth knowledge of personal injury law, legal terminologies, and court procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and adeptness in learning new software; familiarity with Neos case management software is advantageous
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a bonus
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail and precision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional and courteous client interactions
- Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and ethical comportment
- Self-driven, reliable, and capable of working independently in a drama-free, collaborative work environment
