Litigation Paralegal
Job Description
Our client located in Dallas, Texas is hiring a Litigation Paralegal. This is an onsite direct hire opportunity.

Litigation Paralegal Role:
Support attorneys on complex litigation matters with a focus on eDiscovery, trial preparation, and litigation technology
Develop and execute document collection, review, and production strategies in collaboration with attorneys
Coordinate with clients and third-party vendors on electronic discovery, including imaging and analysis of data from computers, mobile devices, and messaging platforms
Create, manage, and maintain eDiscovery databases for document review and production
Load, organize, and quality-check client and third-party documents; handle error resolution and formatting
Prepare privilege logs and manage document productions to ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and privilege compliance
Prepare and maintain OnCue trial presentation databases
Provide technical support and present evidence during trial proceedings
Organize and manage case materials throughout the litigation lifecycle
Provide technical and project support at case intake and throughout active matters
Stay current on litigation support tools and eDiscovery best practices (minimum 6 hours of continuing education annually)
Review and process vendor invoices related to eDiscovery services
Litigation Paralegal Background Profile:
5+ years of litigation support or paralegal experience with a strong emphasis on eDiscovery and trial support
Extensive experience supporting trial teams and managing trial technology
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Hands-on experience with litigation support software and database tools
Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Paralegal certificate and/or degree in Paralegal Studies preferred
