Learning and Development Program Manager
Our client is seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Program Manager to join their innovative team focused on delivering top-notch professional development initiatives for leading law firms, financial institutions, and private equity clients. This is a full-time direct hire position with a 3/2 work schedule.

Role Overview
- Manage professional development and consulting programs for various industries
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to plan and oversee projects
- Lead program logistics, execution, and client relationship management
- Utilize project management tools for planning and tracking project progress
- Coordinate training programs and troubleshoot technical issues
- Support facilitators in content development and session coordination
- Ensure quality standards in all client-facing materials
- Provide administrative support and maintain client communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8+ years of program management or client services experience
- Background in professional services, law firms, or education preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and CRMs
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check
- COVID-19 vaccination mandatory

Job Requirements
Bachelorâ s degree required, 8+ years of relevant program management or client services experience, ideally in professional services, law firms, or education, Proven experience managing learning, training, or development programs is highly preferred
