Job Description
Our client located in Dallas, TX is hiring a Licensing Coordinator DOI and SOS. This is a direct-hire in the office position.

Licensing Coordinator DOI and SOS Role:
Licensing Coordinator will respond to department emails, provide license requests for both the DOI and SOS updates, licensing status updates for registered agent, or other tasks as assigned
Work with multiple partners and Compliance Manager to resolve questions and when onboarding new accounts
Guide team members and new partners on the appropriate process of onboarding and maintaining partners’ licenses with the appropriate DOIs and SOS offices
Work with 3rd party vendors to discover requirements needed to finalize onboarding or complete annual filings
Send out required documents for onboarding; review required documentation; submit documentation to required 3rd party vendors
Work with 3rd party vendors to maintain license documentation for all new and existing partner
Document and update contact information for each partner
Licensing Coordinator DOI and SOS Background Profile
High School diploma, College degree preferred
3 years of licensing experience
3 years of DOI and SOS filing experience to qualify from a Healthcare, Life, or PNC insurance company
Smartsheets and SharePoint experience is a plus
Insurance industry experience strongly preferred
