Our client located in San Antonio, Texas is looking to hire an Inside Sign Sales Professional for a direct-hire opportunity.

Inside Sign Sales Professional Role: 
Responsible to provide outstanding customer service by presenting accurate information on an array of products, services, and best-value options, for our existing and new clients
Provide a pleasant and welcoming first impression
Act in the capacity of a solutions consultant to offer high-quality products and services to clientele on a continuing basis
Everyday present as a self starter and understands customer service
Help customers with purchasing ideas
Oversee projects from start to finish
Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in and telephone customers
Respond to customer inquiries, provide sign recommendations and quotes, and assist customers with the order process
Process customer orders; accurately complete Work Orders; obtain customers approval and payment
Enter accurate contact information into a database for future follow up
Perform quality assurance measures pre and post-development by accurately creating, reading, and communicating Work Order details, and later proofing signs for quality
Contact customers when the order is ready, when delays or errors occur, or when payment is late, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Obtain referrals; determine contact name and phone number, and provide follow-up
Execute a variety of marketing functions
Maintain an attractive retail environment (clean, organized, and functional)
Support store manager as needed with reports, close-out, invoices, and daily, weekly and monthly paperwork
Communicate with a variety of people inside and outside of the store. For example, communicate with in-store personnel about job initiation, ensuring it is what customers wanted, imagined, and approved
Communicate with the manager/owner about the “pipeline” of business, any customer issues, customers and prospects, all aspects of design, production, and fulfillment

Inside Sign Sales Professional Background Profile:
High school diploma/GED, at minimum
One-two years of sales experience in the sign industry or a vendor within the sign industry required
Strong track record of building a book of business
Good with numbers and sales success ratios
Proficient with email and computers
Reliable transportation is a must
