Creates positive change in sales and management teams through motivational seminars
Inside Sales Role:
The main purpose of this role is to reach out to companies and organizations to secure speaking engagements at their events or to their teams, as well as contacting established prospects and your own new referrals, to set appointments for the VP of Sales to meet with decision makers.
In this role you will set high quality appointments with business owners and senior level executives to build business.
This role is 100% phones sales.
You will activate leads provided to you by the company, as well as secure your own referrals, to build and grow the business.
Responsible to report and record activity and results on a daily basis.
Inside Sales Background Profile:
The Insides Sales position requires candidates to have at least 1 year proven phone sales experience/outbound sales in the B2B environment.
You need to have a proven track record, be coachable to learn the company’ s process, and then have the desire to exceed expectations.
The ideal candidate will have an unstoppable mindset, be coachable, exceptionally driven, resourceful, results-oriented, passionate about helping businesses grow, persuasive, assertive, honest, have quality follow-up, attention to detail, gregarious, and be an outstanding verbal communicator.
Self-motivated, and a strong problem solver
Ability to work independently
Will consider candidates with experience with cold calling, working in a call center making outbound calls, and/or calling for donation items for fundraisers and non-profit groups.
