Inside Sales Center Manager Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales team and building a “ results” driven work environment.
Manage team members who will be taking inbound and outbound calls, focusing on meeting and exceeding appointment setting goals via quality and capacity.
The goal of the department is to maximize the capture and retention of quality leads and appointments for the company through inbound calls and electronic inquiries, as well as making outbound warm calls on a follow up basis.
Establish KPI’ s to drive performance
Responsible for motivating and training the inside sales staff and ensuring that processes are developed, evolved and consistently implemented.
Assist the sales team with calls at times and as needed
Responsible for recruitment of inside sales center representatives including recruiting, screening and hiring qualified candidates
Manage the inside sales representatives shift schedule to optimize staffing levels
Analyze trends and results, recommend corrective actions and ways to maximize sales
Inside Sales Center Manager Background Profile:
Bachelor’ s degree in business is highly preferred
6+ years sales and marketing experience
2+ years’ experience in B2C (direct to homeowner)
4+ years managerial experience in a call center/inside sales center environment
Experience is current or very recent
Experience working in a high call volume call center
Experience hiring, training, script writing, developing and measuring performance against KPI’ s
The ideal candidate will come from a high call volume environment, have proven leadership ability, and can incentivize, nurture, and develop talent.
Experience working with all different levels of personnel and those from varying backgrounds
CRM experience – Salesforce is a plus
MS Office Suite
Ability to work non-traditional hours as needed (evenings and weekends)
Strong decision-making skills demonstrating strategic business focus and the ability to present and sell ideas to senior management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent presentation and writing skills
