Job Title: IT Service Delivery Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for standard IT services and applications
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Support conferencing equipment and software such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Follow established IT processes for incident and request management, including ticket logging, tracking, and resolution
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and ensure proper documentation
- Adhere to IT policies and procedures, including security and data privacy standards
- Participate in local and global IT projects as assigned
- Escalate issues appropriately and ensure timely resolution
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment setup and recovery
Background Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of IT support experience, preferably in a multinational setting
- Proficiency in working with SQL-based applications
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and enterprise applications
- Experience with ITSM tools and ticketing systems
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote access tools
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a customer service mindset
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Capacity to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally as needed
