IT Support Specialist
Our client based in Dallas, TX is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join their team on an onsite contract basis. This is a minimum one-year contract with potential for overtime.

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, phones, and printers for new and existing employees
- Provide prompt and effective responses to service requests via the ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on various platforms
- Support video conferencing and collaboration tools in meeting rooms
- Offer guidance and training to end users on equipment and software usage
- Document procedures, system setups, and solutions for future reference
- Assist with IT projects like system upgrades and software deployments
- Maintain and oversee local hardware inventory including shipping equipment when necessary
- Manage user accounts and access in Active Directory and related systems
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft technologies, especially Office 365 and Active Directory (preferred)
- Experience with mobile devices, printing solutions, and Windows/MacOS environments
- Background in supporting executive or VIP-level users is advantageous
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like RingCentral, TalkDesk, or Cisco (preferred)
- Exposure to Microsoft Intune and Azure Autopilot is a plus
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills, written and verbal
- Quick adaptability to new technologies and active participation in team projects

Job Requirements
