Our esteemed client is a rapidly growing organization committed to leveraging data for strategic decision-making. They are currently seeking experienced Data Quality Analysts to join their team on a long-term basis.

Role of Data Quality Analyst:
- Ensure the precision, consistency, and reliability of vital business data
- Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and operations teams to address data quality issues, establish validation procedures, and support reporting tools
- Conduct data profiling, validation, and cleansing to uncover inconsistencies in diverse datasets
- Analyze data discrepancies, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions
- Validate data ingestion and integration from new sources through detailed mapping documentation review
- Work closely with engineering and analytics units to verify dataset accuracy and completeness
- Aid in the development and upkeep of dashboards showcasing data quality metrics and trends
- Adhere to data quality and governance protocols while contributing to ongoing process enhancement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data validation and analysis
Qualifications for Data Quality Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in data validation, data analysis, or similar roles
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, data validation, and issue resolution
- Prior experience with Alteryx highly desired
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data matters to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Inquisitive, self-motivated, and dedicated to investigating data discrepancies and patterns
