Our client located in Dallas, TX is looking to hire an IT Hardware Support Tech contractor for a multi-year contract opportunity.

IT Hardware Support Tech Role:
As an IT Hardware Support Tech you will be joining the Technology Support team.
This role combines problem-solving, customer service, and technical expertise to ensure smooth operations across hardware, software, and audiovisual systems.
Daily responsibilities include Device Setup and Support.
Wil configure and deploy laptops, phones, printers, and desktop hardware for new and existing team members.
Another big part of your day will involve troubleshooting issues.
Help diagnose and resolve a range of IT issues related to hardware, software, networking, and user accounts, both remotely and on-site.
Support our end users by provide friendly, clear guidance on using technology and resolving issues via email, phone, or in person.
This role will include system maintenance.
Will manage accounts, including Active Directory, and support technology inventory, ensuring readiness and availability.
At times you will assist with technology upgrades, software rollouts, and occasional training initiatives.
It will be your responsibility to maintain and update resources detailing systems, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines.
Additional support such as conference room setups, including screen sharing, video conferencing, and telephony solutions.
Responsible for ensuring equipment is on hand, shipping nationally when required.

IT Hardware Support Tech Background Profile:
Must have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office365 and Active Directory
Looking for those with experience supporting Microsoft Intune, Azure Autopilot, or phone systems such as RingCentral or Cisco
Experience with Windows, macOS, and mobile devices preferred including printers.
Strong ability to multitask, problem-solve, and attention to detail.
Requires a service-driven mindset, commitment to resolving issues fully, and an approachable demeanor.
