One of our clients located in Houston, TX is looking to add a Technical Recruiter to their team this is a direct hire opportunity.

Hybrid Technical Recruiter Role:
Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing an average of less than 10 positions at any given time
Perform full-cycle recruitment
Recruit for IT professionals, Engineers, and some corporate hires
Keep company career page up to date, monitor applicant tracking, review Interview internal applicants when available
Technical Recruiter will perform phone and video interview screens
Present qualified candidate profiles with screening notes to hiring managers
Understand the needs of the hiring managers
Technical Recruiter will educate hiring managers about hiring challenges, keep them informed of progress, and assist managers with scheduling interviews
Work with outside agencies
Extend offers, negotiate, and draft offer letters
Hybrid Technical Recruiter Background Profile:
Bachelor Degree with 5 years of recruiting experience, 2 years of the 5 must include IT or Engineer recruitment experience
OR 7 years with an Associate Degree OR 9 years if no degree
Experience full-cycle recruiting for Engineers, IT, and corporate roles
Experience partnering with managers and executives in their hiring process
Negotiation skills to process offers and agreements
Knowledge of ADP ATS is a plus but not required
Initiative, analytical ability, planning and organizational skills
Work independently and ability to meet key performance expectations
PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Lotus Notes
