Hybrid Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney
Manage entire legal process from investigation to trial and negotiate settlementÂ
Prepare for mediations, hearings and trials
Draft motions, discovery, and related pleadings
Vast knowledge of insurance defense including transportation, personal injury, general liability, and product liability
Excellent communication with clients, courts and other office personnel
Excellent writing skills requiredÂ
Candidate must be excellent at settlement negotiations
You must exhibit strong work ethics, meet deadlines, and achieve results for the clientsÂ
The ideal candidate should have experience in general liability, product liability, personal injury, transportation, and other claims involving litigation defense
Hybrid Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney Background
Candidate must have 2-4 years of Insurance Defense experience
The applicant must be in good standing with the Arkansas State Bar
Prior experience prepping for trial from intake to courthouse
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attorney must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Candidate must possess the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Candidate must be punctual and enjoy working in a team environment
Candidate must be able to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment
Candidate must have superior organizational skillsÂ
Law Firm Features and Benefits
This is a hybrid position, 3 days in office, 2 days from home
Firm will provide a $1,000.00 relocation bonus
