Are you looking for a legal hybrid job?  Our growing Houston law firm is seeking a hybrid Insurance Defense Litigation Legal Secretary on a full-time, direct-hire basis.  If you have 4+ years of Insurance Defense in transportation and personal injury defense – we would love for you to join our busy team.

Hybrid Insurance Defense Litigation Secretary Role
This litigation Legal Secretary position is ideal for the legal candidate who loves a high-volume, high-profile desk supporting a a shareholder and several associates.   
Heavy Legal Administrative tasks
Transcribing dictation
Table of Contents and Table of Authorities
Type, revise and proofread documents
E-filing with State and Federal Courts
Schedule travel arrangements
Experience with case management software
Coordinate depositions & meetings
Assist in trial preparation
Set up expert witnesses, depositions and hearings
Time entry
Attorney billing

Hybrid Insurance Defense Litigation Secretary Profile
4+ years of experience in Insurance Defense litigation
Ability to multi-task
MS Office Suite experience
Must have strong formatting experience for Table of Contents and Table of Authorities
Must have excellent tenure
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work in a demanding environment
Must possess excellent communication skills
Candidate must be able to work in a high-volume case setting
