This Litigation Legal Secretary position is ideal for the legal candidate who loves a high-volume, high-profile desk supporting a team of Insurance Defense Attorneys.
Heavy Legal Administrative tasks
Type, revise and proofread documents
E-filing with State and Federal Courts
Schedule travel arrangements
Experience with case management software
Coordinate depositions & meetings
Assist in trial preparation
Set up expert witnesses, depositions and hearings
Time entry
Attorney billing
Hybrid Insurance Defense Litigation Legal Secretary Profile
3+ years of experience in Insurance Defense litigation
Ability to multi-task
MS Office Suite experience
