Hybrid Customer Supply Chain Analyst Role:
As a Customer Supply Chain Analyst, you will manage end-to-end supply chain processes related to customer orders.
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Enhance customer satisfaction by optimizing supply chain operations.
Receive and process customer orders from start to finish (order to cash process) for all customers creating a synergistic order management and delivery process
Address order-related inquiries, manage inventory levels, flow, and stock recovery
Quickly resolve issues to ensure on-time, accurate, and cost-effective customer delivery
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities for process optimization
Develop reporting and business processes, create new analytics and insights
Implement best practices to enhance efficiencies and reduce costs resulting in win-win solutions and excellent service delivery
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
3-5 years experience as a supply chain analyst
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be a self-starter, and solutions provider with problem-solving skills, can meet deadlines, deliver results, and switch gears quickly.
Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SAP and Oracle systems
