Hybrid Corporate Finance Manager Role:
While reporting to the CFO our Corporate Finance Manager will contribute to strategic initiatives while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver economic strategies and shape our sales and marketing directives while leading a team of two.
Responsibilities include financial planning, performance management, customer planning and innovation, pricing, promotions, budget control and profit and loss management.
Head the process of business and financial strategies in alignment with the company's financial plan.
Managing departmental P&L, overseeing execution team on budgeting, and controlling costs along with mitigating risk and addressing business inefficiencies.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis of business activities to evaluate performance, identify trends, and make actionable recommendations for optimization. Use data-driven insights to guide resource allocation and investment decisions.
Monitor and control expenditures, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and maximizing return on investment.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate financial performance to senior leadership.
Identify opportunities for margin improvement, pricing optimization, and cost management. Provide financial guidance on strategic pricing decisions and promotional activities.
Hybrid Corporate Finance Manager Background Profile:
Bachelors in accounting or finance, will accept hands on experience in lieu of a degree
A minimum of 5+ Years of business-to-business corporate finance management experience with at least two of those dealing with sales and marketing
Experience working with consumer-packaged goods highly preferred but not required
Ability to interact with all levels of staff including leadership in a professional and courteous manner
Experience with financial controls, budgets, change management, trade terms management, mergers and acquisitions
Proficient in MS Office Suite with advanced Excel and Oracle is plus
