Human Resources Manager Role:
The Human Resources Manager oversees the function of the data management systems such as team member data, recording employment transitions, various reports such as payroll analysis, labor turnover, etc., and processing unemployment claims.
25% of the time will be spent on payroll processing and benefits administration for the corporate entity and affiliate companies.
Supervise training programs such as people management, coaching vs. disciplinary strategies, DEI, delegation skills, presentation skills, the requirement of consistency, and the legal obligations of a supervisor.
SME on employment law, handling employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and management, oversees employee and supervisor meetings as required.
Lead onboarding programs for new employees and newly promoted employees.
Develop programs for employee relations, inquiries, and investigations. 
Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations as required.
Lead annual benefits enrollment program to educate employees on benefit options. 
Research and propose additional employee benefits to senior staff. 
Develop a system for capturing employee benefits enrollment information timely and accurately.
Own development of systems to ensure accurate offer packets, new hire orientation manuals, and federal and state postings.
Administer Leave of Absences. 
Communicate options available to the employee based on eligibility, keep track of weeks, and answer LOA questions for the employee and supervisor.

Human Resources Manager Role:
Bachelor’s Degree, SHRM certified, preferred
8 or more years in People/Human Resources role
Comfortable being an HR of 1 for 100 employees
Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of employment law
Experience in real estate or private equity a plus
Emphasis on the development of people management programs and systems
Willing to go into the office 5 days a week
Strong Payroll, Hiring, Onboarding, Compliance, and Employee Relations
Must be tech-savvy, PayChex and BambooHR experience would be great

Job Requirements

10 or more years in Human Resources/Payroll role, with an emphasis on development of people management programs and systems
o Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of employment law
o Experience in real estate or private equity a plus
· HR/Payroll Systems Experience: PayChex (strongly preferred) and BambooHR is our Onboarding tool/Job board
Must have managed 100 or more!
Must have strong employee relations experience
Looking for SHRM or PHR certification
