Human Resources Manager: 
The day-to-day management of the organization's human resource functions is within the purview of the Human Resource Manager. The following functional areas are covered by this position's duties: payroll, employee relations, benefits, and training.
Aligning HR operations with corporate objectives
Giving direction and coaching to team leaders and managers on matters pertaining to all facets of human resources management.
Putting full-cycle recruiting strategies into action, from sourcing applicants to onboarding.
Administering the program's employee benefits, including the Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD/STF, Voluntary Life, AD&D, and 401(k) plans.
Supporting the administration of management and employee training and development programs.
Researching a range of HR-related issues and activities and making recommendations.
Promoting change to develop a thriving, effective, and engaged workplace culture.
As needed, serve as a point of contact and handle all legal communication with outside counsel and governmental bodies.
Responsible for the following general HR duties for all business units, including but not limited to:
Major employee relations issues such as harassment allegations, investigations, dismissals, and write-ups are intensifying.
Responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with employment law.
Oversee all management and employee development training programs.
Ensure market competitiveness, benchmark each position inside the organization, and hire accordingly.
Keep an eye on and revise all internal job descriptions as necessary.
Review employee benefits, offer suggestions for yearly plan renewals, and carry out all annual benefits administration.
Announcing all significant organizational and human resource changes.
Follow any additional instructions for relevant tasks.

Human Resources Business Partner Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field or combination of education and experience
SHRM – CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
5+ years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist (or similar) role, plus a minimum of one year of experience managing direct reports.
Experience leading human resources in a manufacturing environment.  
Proficient in HRIS systems
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint – preferred. 
Possess and utilize strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required as well as strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
