Human Resources Manager
Our Austin, TX client is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager to join their growing team on a direct hire basis. The role enjoys the opportunity work between multiple locations throughout the United States.

Human Resources Manager Role:
Participate in all HR-related activities – including recruiting, employee relations, regulations and compliance, onboarding and orientation, training, policy planning and development, vendor coordination, compensation, benefits, safety, and employee assistance plan support.
Directly support initiatives from the CHRO and SVP of Human Resources.
Develop and track AA programs and manage related EEO documentation and reporting.
Run related recruitment initiatives from job planning, sourcing, recruiting, efforts. Help to extend offers and run the new hire orientation for each new employee.
Evaluate plans and make recommendations for new processes as they relate to HR.
Ensure that the organization maintains fair and equitable treatment for all employees and applicants,
Engage in regular travel – may be up to 50%.
Human Resources Manager Background Profile:
At least 7 years of hands-on Human Resources experience
Must have a Bachelor’ s degree
Multi-state experience (including support of California) is required, preferably for a mid-sized organization
Strong technology skills – especially with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
