Our North Austin, TX client is on the hunt for a Human Resources Manager on a contract to possible hire basis to join their team.

Management Firm
Growing multi-location organization
Approximately 150 employees in the current network

Human Resources Manager Role:
The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, development and administration of human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel. 
Create and revise job descriptions as well as recruit for a variety of roles across the organization.
Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
Oversee benefits data and prepare the organization for open enrollment periods.
Perform ongoing compensation analysis, ensuring that the team stays on par for market compensation data, while running annual surveys too.
Take a proactive approach to organizational design, covering training goals to hiring plans for the team.
Run exit interviews for individuals leaving the organization, taking data to make company-wide improvements when possible.
Oversee new hire orientation and establish a strong onboarding process.
Make ongoing improvements to the company handbook to ensure legal compliance and policy documentation as needed.
Develop training programs and assign these to employees as needed.
Train managers to investigate and resolve employee relations issues as they arise. 

Human Resources Manager Background Profile:
Bachelor’ s degree in HR or related professional field
3+ years of HR Management experience
Strong computer skills, working with programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong team player mentality
