Our client in Nashville, TN is actively seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join their team on a contract-to-possible-hire basis, with the potential for a direct hire opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, staffing, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct background checks and ensure legal compliance with hiring practices.
- Lead employee orientation and develop recognition programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
