Human Resources Business Partner role: 
Aligning company objectives with employees is the duty of the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). Employee relations, benefits, training, recruitment, and HRIS are just a few of the many human resources-related tasks that the HRBP must be knowledgeable about. Additionally, they must be able to explain and defend numerous HR policies, practices, laws, standards, and governmental regulations.
Communicates and supports numerous HR policies, practices, rules, standards, and governmental regulations in order to serve as a business partner.
Support and advise business unit management during the creation of HR strategies and the strategic planning process.
Give management and staff direction and support with regard to conduct, performance, attendance, and dispute resolution.
Assist with keeping track of employee changes and reporting on the HRIS system.
Aid with new employee orientation and handle different employment paperwork.
Identify opportunities for team member evaluation and training enhancement.
Follow any additional instructions for relevant tasks.

Human Resources Business Partner Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree required.
SHRM – CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
Experience in manufacturing preferred 
3- 5 years of experience in Human Resources 
Working knowledge of human resource discipline, complex employee issues, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state employment law. 
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.  
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word
Possess and utilize strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required as well as strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
