Job Description
Our client located in Dallas, TX is hiring a Data Entry Specialist to support the Human Resource team. This is anticipated to be a three month contract opportunity that will be based in-office.

Data Entry Specialist Role:
Data Entry Specialist will support the Human Resources team with critical data maintenance and system management.
Daily focus on accurate and efficient data entry, ensure smooth operation of the internal systems.
Input and update data into internal systems with precision and timeliness.
Verify, organize, and prepare source materials for entry into digital platforms.
Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in records.
Research and resolve gaps in incomplete documentation.
Create reports, archive files, and manage backup operations.
Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Respond to data-related inquiries professionally and promptly.
Maintain compliance with established security and integrity policies.
Monitor the accuracy and quality of shared data resources.
Data Entry Specialist Background Profile:
High School Diploma
1 year of corporate office experience is required
Being familiar with Workday is a huge plus
Have experience navigate spreadsheets, forms, and office software.
Show proficiency in tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Be comfortable with clear communication and concise writing.
Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
